Luckily for us—and the Internet—TIME received the above blast-from-the-past photo of President Barack Obama in 1979 at his Punahou School senior prom.
The image captures the 44th president before his double-date to the dance with his friend Greg Orme (far left), his date Kelli Arman and Obama’s date Megan Hughes (far right).
